I am a third-year doctoral student at the Max Planck Institute for Chemical Energy Conversion in collaboration with RWTH Aachen University (DE). I have a solid background in solid-state NMR spectroscopy and Density Functional Theory (DFT) calculations, which I apply to investigate phase transition processes of amyloid-like proteins, peptides and complex inorganic materials. In combination with computer simulations and algorithm development, my research focuses on the detection and quantification of the noncovalent forces determining the properties and interactions of these systems.
