About Etzell Sirpa

The development of individuals and organizations is a source of my inspiration. Currently, my focus is on supporting companies and organizations to renew their leadership culture and personnel through development programs and through developing their HR practices. Development programs can be targetted as well for individuals as teams and groups. Change typically challenge companies to renewal and my strenght is in change and transition management as well in best practises in HR development. I enjoy co-operation with my customers and do my best to find succesful solutions for renewing and change.I have wide experience in coaching and training leaders, leadership groups and personnel in change situations and in renewal. My ambition is to help people to gain their targets and success by using their own potential in change situations. I have also broad experience in HR management in different organizations and industries working as Business partner and member of Management groups. My target has been in building HR strategy and functional HR processes and practices which support the development of the organization culture. Focus in development has varied from resource planning, performance management, and reward systems to talent management and leadership programs.
