• Rigging and Stage Rigging • Operating Audio and AV• Point of contact for clients and engineers on-site during events.• Actively monitor warehouse inventory including that of audio equipment.• Advanced preparation and management of equipment for upcoming assignments.• Act as client liaison and organisation of meetings, site visitation and potential job evaluations.• Bookkeeping and Invoicing.• Prompt resolution of customer queries.• Actively maintain a database of all clients, active assignments and invoicing.• Getting involved in wider team projects and tasks where required.• Planning and directing routes to ensure the safe, efficient and secure delivery and collection of equipment and merchandise.• Scheduling delivery times, presenting invoices, collecting payments and obtaining customer signatures on delivery documentation.• Driving vehicles on scheduled routes to pick up and deliver stock, and to make deliveries to business premises and client/customer homes.• Delivering a friendly and professional service to customers and manually lifting and carrying equipment and stock from the vehicle to venues and customer premises.• Performing vehicle inspections inclusive of petrol/diesel, water, tires and light checks reporting any mechanical problems and deficiencies with the van.• Regular attending industry relevant seminars, events and training courses for professional development.

• Rigging, Stage Rigging and de-rigging• Operating Audio and AV• Point of contact for clients and engineers on-site during events.• Sourcing and organising crew for upcoming events.• Providing health and safety guidance and guidelines to crew.• Ensuring crew have appropriate and sufficient tools for the event.• Liaising with and coordinating other crew teams during an event.• Marquee / temporary structure building.• Bookkeeping and Invoicing.• Troubleshooting, repairs and replacing wiring / cabling and associated components.• Conduct tests and inspection of audio equipment and processes to evaluate the quality of performance.• Monitoring the event space for any irregularities and report them to the event planner / site manager.• Performance Management – Set clear expectations and directions for crew, achieve team results consistently, coaches’ staff to improve, is a positive role model.• Provide relevant expertise in the maintenance and repair of events spaces and equipment, loading and rigging gear etc.• On-call and on stand-by for large scale events.
