After graduating from MSc at Edinburgh University within Transformative Learning & Teaching. Bith combining academic study with site based learning within both primary/secondary settings. Gaining an understanding of the Scottish Curriculum for Excellence (CfE), building a professional network and continuing my professional development through CLPL/CPD opportunities. The 2 year course allowed me the opportunities to develop as an educator, which I have since utilised in my practise a a primary setting.In my downtime I am a dedicated football development coach with over 15 years’ experience of working in community environments which included developing young elite athletes. I possess experience & am a UEFA licenced coach, within football development roles which has given me the confidence in my ability to work well with groups, seeking to achieve goals in a professional manner. I am an ambitious, creative and dynamic person who actively challenges himself to further develop my experience, expand my knowledge and provide opportunities for professional growth within Education/Sport Development. These techniques and strategies allow me to home my skills to provide quality, meaningful and specific Football sessions for clients (of all ages).
