PhD Candidate conducting a prosopographical study of community in Glasgow's combat infantry battalions of the First World War. Graduate from the University of Glasgow's Centre for Battlefield Archaeology. Worked and volunteered in museums, archives and heritage sites in the West of Scotland since 2012. Participated in archaeological surveys of various conflict sites including the battlefields of Bannockburn and Waterloo. Specialised in the handling and analysis of Archaeological finds. Worked as Historical Advisor for the 2018 Netflix film Outlaw King and appeared multiple times on BBC Radio Scotland's WW1 at Home and Time Travels series.
