When I was little, I fondly remember helping my dad work on his cars as it was far cheaper than taking them to a garage; we would laugh and giggle whilst clumsily fixing whatever component had broken. Later down the line, I fell in love with how cars looked. Captivated by the curves and the shapes, I even wrote a letter to my favourite car company when I was 10, asking how to become a car designer. Fast forward 13 years and I am working in the automotive design industry at Ola electric.After going to Coventry University and studying the Automotive design course there, I found myself really enjoying the CAD/CAS side of things, consistently wanting to make new models and challenge my skills. There is something incredibly satisfying when certain blends go according to plan or when a patch layout theory works and when you see the final model rendered up, it feels like you have really achieved something. After I graduated, I picked up my first job at Drive Design and I have been an Alias modeler there from August 2023 to July 2024. Outside of work I enjoy working on my car, socializing with friends, building personal projects on alias, watching movies and attending car events/shows. Also, I try to organize big road trips with friends at least once a year.
