As a partner in BTO's Wills, Estates and Succession Planning team, I advise clients in all areas of asset protection, succession and tax planning during lifetime and on death, as well as advising on the creation and administration of charities.I have a particular interest in the drafting of wills and trusts, dealing with issues arising from lack of capacity, providing assistance to business owners in relation to tax mitigation and succession, and the administration of estates and trusts.I value building long-term relationships with clients and their families to provide strategies tailored to benefit the individual and their specific circumstances.As well as being a Notary Public, I am also a Member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and the Senior Tutor on their Trusts: Law & Practice Diploma module.
