As Regional Sales Manager for one of the UK’s leading commercial catering equipment wholesalers, I am responsible for the account management and business development for all customers in the North of England and Scotland.Key responsibilities include; regular contact and visits, recording meetings using CRM software, sales analysis, new product training, product range recommendations and issue resolution.

Stirling

A key element of this role involved business to business communications to build and maintain a close working relationship with the distributor network. I also supported the sales, national account and business development managers in promoting the value of Falcon’s award-winning product range to increase sales in both the private and public sectors.

My role involved responsibility for ensuring that the high standards and values of the Falcon brand and its sub-brands were maintained and conveyed consistently throughout all internal and external marketing material and communications.

Scotland

I had sole responsibility for generating new domestic and commercial product designs from initial user and competitor research, through concept generation and review, to final production. This role covered the design of both Falcon brand products and those of several sister companies within Aga Foodservice Group including Aga-Rayburn, Rangemaster, Leisure, Northland and Marvel.
