-Ensure PPAP activities during the project life cycle (Internal and supplier PPAP).-Participation in DFME/PFMEA establishment and validation according to the AIAG and ANFIA standards.-Define the Control Plan for all the product phases (Prototype, pre-series and serial production).-Ensure the project quality through the APQP approach during each gate of new project process validation.-Manage Customer Audits during project development.-Ensure the customer CSRs deployment and periodical review.-Monitoring process audits according to VDA 6.3.-Manage customer claims (by using 8D, QRQC, PDCA-FTA, ...) determine of root causes and verify effectiveness of the different implemented corrective actions.-Survey customer KPIs.-Share the different Lesson learned during project development with the concerned parties.-Manage the life cycle modifications (Engineering change request).
