About Eudalia Lee

I have worked in the medical field since 2006 as a CNA. I've worked in the hospital setting, nursing home as well as home health care as a CNA. I also have 7 years working in call centers and held various titles from CSR to interim supervisor. I have a year experience in the fraud department as well as I changed departments. I went back to school to get back into nursing in 2018. While in school for nursing I worked as a specimen collector at a substance abuse facility. Once I completed school, Valley Hope had an opening for an Administrative Assistant I applied as I was already working there collecting specimens. Once employed there, I learned a pleather of skills from case management to creating processes to learning how to manage EHR systems. As a MA, part of my training is the front office and that was my primary role when I held this position. I was the lead Admin assistant for all the VA patients in our facility. I handled all communications with the VA from intake to discharge. I managed on average a caseload of 100 patients to include financial responsibilities, case management task, family support services and insurance processing.
