• Provision of Horizontal scientific Services and technical support to various public and private institutions (Development Companies, Consulting Companies, first and second degree Local Authorities, etc.) regarding the planning, monitoring, implementation of European projects, Sectoral and Regional Operational Programmes, Development programs for the Public and Private Sector Investment Programs in local development areas• Proposal submission and providing technical support services for co-financed projects of the European Commission and the Greek State (INTERREG, MED, South-East European Space, ENPI CBC MED, ENPI CBC BLACK SEA, Community Initiatives INTERREG III B ARCHIMED, INTERREG III B MEDOCC, INTERREG III B CADSES, INTERREG III A, DAPHNE - DG Justice and Home Affairs, CULTURE, SOCRATES - DG Culture and Education, 6th Framework Programme, OP Digital Convergence and OP Competitiveness and Entrepreneurship of the NSRF, OP Employment and Vocational Training and OP Competitiveness of the 3rd CSF, etc.) CBC projects INTERREG GR - IT, GR - CY & GR - BLG• Development and analysis of business plans for local authorities, Annual Action Plans, preparation and submission of proposals for national and transnational projects, monitoring of the submission process, coordination of projects, elaborating feasibilities studies, development of tourist packages - design tourist routes, organizing project meetings, participating in the design of promotional material, participation in designing questionnaires, coordinating dissemination activities, mobilizing stakeholders, producing annual reports, reports and statistics for the European Commission, advisory and technical support and assistance in Monitoring and Steering Committees Projects and Programmes, consulting and technical support of final recipients for the smooth implementation of their projects, regular monitoring of project implementation.

EU Affairs Project Manager is being responsible for initiating, negotiating and managing projects with international partners. Dimitris works in close cooperation with ECWT Director and the other Project Managers, Assistants and Project Coordinators. Main tasks and responsibilities include:• Identification and analysis of calls for proposals by the European Commission relevant to goals and mission of ECWT; • Elaboration and submission of proposals and tenders, covering both the content and financing of projects;• Implementation and coordination of projects and training seminars;• Execution of projects from start to finish, writing deliverables, reports, organizing events, handling required budgetary reporting obligations, etc.• Liaising with experts, professors, trainers, participants and partners worldwide;• Attending meetings, events and networking activities; • Project reporting; • Updating website contents;• Representing the organisation externally, when required;• Supporting ECWT Director in a holistic way

EURICCA initiative (European Research & Innovation Agency for Cultural Clusters) aims to provide new tools and innovative training paths to strengthen cultural, educational and business activities related to the Cultural Clusters, combining theory to practice via the simultaneous management of Communities of Practice and Living Labs.Representing wide networks of partners with complementary expertise, knowledge, skills and competencies, EURICCA aims to create a virtual platform that will combine theory to practice and that will provide economies of scale. Under a common management, EURICCA network will generate new coalitions at local, national and European level, it will widen partnerships and finally it will create Clusters that will strengthen the Creative, Educational, Entrepreneurial and Business activities related to the Wider Cultural Sector.
