I am a business consultant with over 20 years of experience in the startup ecosystem. As an entrepreneur and specialist in retail management, I founded Brazil's first B2B website specializing in the fashion industry. I hold a degree in civil engineering, an MBA in marketing, and a master's degree in production engineering and innovation management from COPPE/UFRJ.I am experienced in managing innovation, validation, and business acceleration using agile methodologies and tools. I served as an assistant manager at the COPPE/UFRJ Business Incubator, where I evaluated more than 700 startups, identifying emerging opportunities in the global economy. Additionally, I was the Latin America Ambassador for FNA - Financial Network Analytics, a company specializing in advanced network science methods. I also provided services to Cambridge Management Consulting Labs in Italy, selecting startups and technology-based SMEs for open innovation projects.I facilitate the development of strategies and hypothesis testing of business models for startups and innovative companies. In addition to my technical skills in business theory and practice, my interpersonal skills of communication, collaboration, and encouragement allow me to assist in the development of these companies to achieve shared goals and objectives. I believe in clear and effective communication as the foundation for fostering positive and trusting relationships, which facilitates conflict resolution, alignment of expectations and responsibilities, making the work environment more productive and collaborative.As a professor, I participated in several courses, graduate programs, and lectures, teaching about innovation and entrepreneurship at both undergraduate and graduate levels. I have a passion and expertise in the field, which is certainly valuable for my students, co-workers, and the business community. I have contributed to educational institutions such as UFRJ, INFNET, and Instituto Butantan.
