Report to the Head of Supply Chain, with 04 people and about 230 outsourced staffs; Responsible for the transport logistic operations and logistic development in the Primary Supply Chain area, including raw material supply to plants and the transfer of finished goods to 34 Distribution Centers, as well as the external warehouse management under the general warehouse model. • Development of collaborative logistics projects; implementation of optimization actions, sharing warehouses, transporta-tion, and planning resources, centralizing stocks and distribution, which resulted in annual savings of R$1.3 million.• Review of the Souza Cruz's Supply Chain networking, with the optimization and integration of the Supply Chain structure, closing one factory and two SDCs, resulting in savings of R$ 3.5 million/year. • Implementation of the general warehouses for finished goods in Porto Alegre and Uberlândia, reducing tax increase im-pact in the order of R$15 million/year and savings of 10%.
