Responsible for supervising carriers and delivery companies services;  Responsible for KPI reporting (Customer Satisfaction, Service Efficiency, On Time Delivery);  Responsible for analysis and reporting carriers cost;  Design analysis and prepare data as input to rate negotiations and tenders;  Search for new carriers in order to increase service quality;  Increasing efficiency through building relationship and reducing the number of carriers;  Support the logistics and transport operational activity in line with the commercial strategy;  Responsible for cost control, invoice checking and payment follow-up, but also shortage reconciliation;  Organize periodical operational trainings with store colleagues and carriers personal in order to improve quality level of the services;  Support operational team from stores.
