Working as a Construction Engineer on the extension of Beirut Container Terminal (Extension of Quay 16) Activities: - slope and scour protection, 120.000 cubic meters of rock in difficult conditions in water depths of -18m - Accropodes placing in water depths of -15m - supervised subcontractors placing rip-rap scour protection ( geotextile, rocks and concrete pouring), placing crane rails, cable channels along the new quay. - working with the project team to elaborate schedule of works (Primavera P6 software) - permanent monitoring of the evolution of projects, both in terms of costs and deadlines, compared to the initial plan - weekly update of the status of execution of specific works to analyze, identify and report to the PROJECT MANAGER'S critical activities (in terms of time / cost) - preparation of periodic reports to present the project team project status

Tanger - Marocco

Working as a subcontractor for Tanged Med Port - managing 2 split barges, maintaining the connections between the Contractor and the slip barges, taking care of all the logistics necessary for a proper workflow.

Beirut - Lebanon

Working as a subcontractor for Beirut Container Terminal Quai 16 Extension. Managing a bucket dredger, 2 split barges and a jack-up barge. Providing a proper workflow by being always in close contact with the contractor Pihl Hourie trying to balance their needs and our capabilities.

Sagunto - Spain

Working as a subcontractor for FPS ( Flota Proyectos Singulares ) - managing 2 split barges that were transporting different types of material from Sagunto Puerto to Valencia.

Constanta - Romania

Loading and unloading vessels for a stevedoring company, coordinating the stevedores with the vessel needs and the operators possibilities, creating cargo-plans and other related documents.

Tanger Med - Marocco

Managing one split barge that was working for “S.R.P.T.M”, coordinating the operations between the main contractor and the split barge.

Constanta - Romania

The vessels connections with the present port, all the necessary paper work with the customs, immigration and harbour master, maintaing a close contact with all parties involved ( owner, P&I , suppliers etc)
