Planning, implementation, and monitoring of assistance programs (MPCA, food kits, etc.). The formation, maintenance, and updating of databases of assistance. Budgeting. Interaction with other structural divisions (MEAL, Award, Supply Chain, Distribution, Finance, etc.). Interaction with local governments to identify the needs of the population in need of assistance, and the development of mechanisms for its provision. Regular field visits, monitor, document, and report work progress. Identification of problems, and development of proposals for their solution to ensure timely and effective implementation of activities.From May 2022 to October 2023 our team has provided cash assistance to more than 130,000 beneficiaries for a total amount of 35,159,376 USD. This is 69% of the total number of beneficiaries across Ukraine who have received assistance from SCI. I have took part in negotiations with partners and representatives of local authorities of Kryvyi Rih and Kharkiv region, organization of food delivery to Kharkiv (6,255 food kits), Kryvyi Rih (17,000 food kits). I have participated in the optimization of business processes for assistance, the development of the MPCA SOP, RRM SOP, Technical guidance. Our team was selected to implement a pilot project to migrate the database to the new Monday.com platform. I have been a mentor for colleagues from the Western region, colleagues from the Kharkiv office. Our CVA teams successfully responded to 9 emergencies that occurred in Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Konstantinovka, Pokrovsk, Zaporizhzhya, Kharkiv. I am SCI's representative in the Emergency MPCA Task Force (CWG). I have participated in a working group to develop a contract with Ukrposhta for address delivery of cash assistance, which also includes representatives of the legal department of SCI, C&VA Advisors, representatives of Ukrposhta.
