As a CVA & FSL Program Manager at Save the Children International, I bridge strategy and practical action to support the affected population in East Ukraine. My role involves project cycle management, external representation with Clusters, Working Groups, and local authorities. I am responsible for planning project implementation, project delivery, supervision, coordination, finance, and reporting. I also oversee the performance and development reviews of all direct reports, represent SC in various coordination platforms, ensure accurate forecasting and meeting spending targets, and contribute to reports.

Planning, implementation, and monitoring of assistance programs (MPCA, food kits, etc.). The formation, maintenance, and updating of databases of assistance. Budgeting. Interaction with other structural divisions (MEAL, Award, Supply Chain, Distribution, Finance, etc.). Interaction with local governments to identify the needs of the population in need of assistance, and the development of mechanisms for its provision. Regular field visits, monitor, document, and report work progress. Identification of problems, and development of proposals for their solution to ensure timely and effective implementation of activities.From May 2022 to October 2023 our team has provided cash assistance to more than 130,000 beneficiaries for a total amount of 35,159,376 USD. This is 69% of the total number of beneficiaries across Ukraine who have received assistance from SCI. I have took part in negotiations with partners and representatives of local authorities of Kryvyi Rih and Kharkiv region, organization of food delivery to Kharkiv (6,255 food kits), Kryvyi Rih (17,000 food kits). I have participated in the optimization of business processes for assistance, the development of the MPCA SOP, RRM SOP, Technical guidance. Our team was selected to implement a pilot project to migrate the database to the new Monday.com platform. I have been a mentor for colleagues from the Western region, colleagues from the Kharkiv office. Our CVA teams successfully responded to 9 emergencies that occurred in Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Konstantinovka, Pokrovsk, Zaporizhzhya, Kharkiv. I am SCI's representative in the Emergency MPCA Task Force (CWG). I have participated in a working group to develop a contract with Ukrposhta for address delivery of cash assistance, which also includes representatives of the legal department of SCI, C&VA Advisors, representatives of Ukrposhta.

Implementation of comprehensive services for corporate business clients (JSC Ukrposhta, JSC Ukrzaliznytsia, PFU in Donetsk Region, Donetskkteplokomunenergo, PJSC Donetskoblgaz, PJSC APK-Invest, PJSC NKMZ, DTEK Energo, etc.), organization of work of the Bank's branches on settlement and cash customer service, budgeting (planning and control over the implementation of financial and economic indicators), organization of work with receivables, preparation of management reports. Participated in the creation of a database of potential customers in the segment "Big Corporate Business" (annual revenue of UAH 500.0 million or more) of the Donetsk region and attract them to service. Suggestions for expanding the functionality of the system of a client-bank, as well as on the organization of the corporate business service department at the level of branches in the Donetsk region. Optimized daily work on identifying financial transactions for large corporate clients subject to financial monitoring (reduced time for monitoring transactions from 2 hours to 30 minutes). Participated in the working group to develop a new version of the Oschadbank Code of Corporate Ethics (out of 7 submitted proposals to the Draft Code, 6 were taken into account). The development plan of the department has been developed (the stage of development, critical points, and the main dysfunctional factors influencing its efficiency have been determined), which is being gradually implemented.

Participated in the preparation of the presentation "Structure, main functions and tasks of the back-office department at the stage of the Bank's development strategy in 2015 - 2017".

As a result of taking a set of measures for the economical and rational use of budget funds, the costs of maintaining territorial offices were reduced by 54.6%. Participated in the preparation of proposals for the Technological Regulations of the State Treasury of Ukraine, calculation of the number of subordinate structural units, identification, and risk assessment.

Analysis and control over the implementation of socio-economic programs of the Donetsk region, reporting.Carried out more than 20 inspections of budgetary institutions financed from the regional budget, as well as together with the control and audit department in the Donetsk region participated in 22 comprehensive audits of local budgets. According to the results of the inspections, illegal and unintended expenditures of budget funds in the amount of UAH 228.4 thousand, and other violations of financial discipline in the amount of UAH 127.7 thousand were revealed.
