I worked with a portfolio of clients which were companies from the various life science industries (DACH area). Our customers were German companies ordering industrial equipments.My daily agenda involved communication with the customers and the German engineering team abroad, while working with the various internal teams in order to push the orders and customer requests through the company. As I gained experience I have taken over extra responsibilities such as mentoring new colleagues, managing extra accounts, putting together problem solving schemes.

We represented the Yahoo! Mail customer service and we were handling phone calls or responding emails, in German and English. I was registering the customer queries in a ticket system and offering account/technical support, sometimes also by trying to reproduce issues in their mailbox, using remote technical support tools.
