 Take full charge of procurement, material planning and import/export responsibilities of Parts Operation Centre and SIRC plant. Work scope Includes completes, parts, services, solutions business and MRO. Organize the team; coach, develop & evaluate the staffs. Set goals, make approaching plans and monitor results. Lead procurement, inventory & Import/Export activities to satisfy customers’ requests and business goals. Coordinate and communicate with all related departments to ensure daily operations running. Align company’s procurement strategy with site’s business needs. Develop, evaluate, monitor and improve supplier’s performance of price, delivery, quality and service. Ensure purchasing orders implementation, on time delivery and fulfilment of emergency and green lane orders. Be responsible for material planning and inventory turns. Balance replenishment and inventory control actions to achieve OTD and inventory targets. Be core of SIOP process, and extent forecast model to suppliers to enhance stability and efficiency of supply. Be responsible for inbound/outbound logistics; ensure on time delivery and freight cost targets. Monitor forwards and brokers’ performance. Monitor the execution of the company’s Import/Export process and policy. Guarantee the compliance of the Customs regulations. Work with corporate and global functions together to execute company’s business strategies, and drive them to satisfy site operation needs. Drive raw material productivity and logistics productivity actions. Build up continuously improve, customers focus and winning culture in the team.
