⦁ Source, purchase and replenish all maintenance supplies, keepstock items, raw materials, spare conveyor parts, safety supplies and any special requests for the entire warehouse.⦁ Provide insight and recommend sustainable sourcing stratagies for departments and vendors to continuously improve speed, support margin, and long term strategic plans.⦁ Partner with multiple teams throughout the entire organization to identify and fulfill sourcing needs while continuously providing improvments to the manufacturing process.⦁ Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with potential suppliers, and manage existing vendor relationships.⦁ Monitor and organize the Fab shop and many other supply cabinets throughout the entire warehouse by utilizing 6S strategies and implementing a Min/Max level on all items.⦁ Perform semi-annual cycle counts and continuously update the computerized inventory management system as well as updating any coworkers on changes involving tracking, delivery dates and backorders.⦁ Keep physical and digital logs of all inventory papers, sales orders, invoices, quotes, special requests and check out sheets with a compertized maintenance management system and multiple spreadsheets.⦁ Maintain a open and positive line of communication with multiple vendors all across this country while establishing a good working relationship with everyone.⦁ Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.⦁ Work with the safety commitee and local organizations to help others how to identify and improve warehouse working conditions.⦁ Coordinate pickups for recycled materials and returned product.⦁ Create decals and warehouse signage with label makers and specialty machines.

⦁ Build kit lists daily; create and print work for production and manufacturing.⦁ Audit custom job tracker; print and issue custom orders.⦁ Pull parts from warehouse to fill assembly kits and replenish point of use material. ⦁ Ensure new kits are issued to fabrication and assembly in a timely manner and complete system required inventory transactions.⦁ Maintain inventory accuracy for parts warehouse through the use of regular cycle counting and organization of material storage locations.⦁ Verify counts of products coming from fabrication and outside suppliers.⦁ Check in with team members and handle all disruptions from internal customers.⦁ Check email and respond throughout the day. Take action on urgent tasks.⦁ Investigate material discrepancies and complete action items needed from other shifts.⦁ Help create the standard work materials for training direct reports and new members.⦁ Request materials for the Parts department through local buyers and vendors.⦁ Perform weekly cycle counts for retail store, parts department and raw material inventory.
