Started as senior technician and worked my way up as Operations Manager. I'm also involved in production on event days at major local and international sporting events. My current role is to do scheduling and logistics for the equipment and staff for all events. I am also responsible for staff timesheets, leave forms and work/event scheduling. From time to time I am responsible to create digital artwork for clients for certain events to be used and displayed on the company's LED screens by our production team. A lot of time I need to step in as team leader for the production team at events. I also give training to scorers on how to use the scoring software at cricket events. I would describe myself as a LED expert.

Worked as a technician, building and operating LED screens at events. Operated screens for the Cricket World Cup 2003, IPL, Champions Trophy and all International and domestic cricket in the country. Operated and trained staff in West Indies and Dubai to do the operations of the LED screens. Done production on event days at events mentioned above.
