Started as senior LED technician and worked my way up as Operations Manager and General Manager at Megaview. I'm also involved in production on event days at major local and international sporting events. My current role is to do scheduling and logistics for the equipment and staff for all events. I am also responsible for staff timesheets, leave forms, work/event scheduling, budget and cost of sales. From time to time I am responsible to create digital artwork for clients for certain events to be used and displayed on the company's LED screens by our production team. A lot of time I need to step in as team leader for the production team at events. I also give training to scorers on how to use the scoring software at cricket events. Very good with planning. Work well with people.Can work on very tight deadlines and under pressure. Always interested in learning new skills. Reliable and dedicated in what I do. See myself as a 'problem solver' and LED specialist. I am involved in major sporting events like HSBC 7's Cape Town, Mzanzi Super League, Nedbank Golf Challenge @ Sun City, Cricket South Africa events, ICC Men's U/19 Cricket World Cup, URC Rugby, EPCR Rugby, selected SARU matches and international events like Cricket World Cup 2015 Australia and Zim T10 (Zimbabwe). I was also involved in the LED scoreboard installation at major cricket stadiums in South Africa.
