 Perform all phases of requirement management, including gathering, analyzing, detailing and tracking requirements. Plan, execute and finalize projects on time and within budget and scope objectives, including acquiring resources and coordinating efforts of team members. Identify, effectively communicate and resolve project issues and risks. Develop internal procedure documents and methodologies as standards for staff to follow. Projects: City of Markham, Green Lane Bridge Rehabilitation: Serve as project manager acting on behalf of the city to ensure the project is completed within the budget and time frame specified as per contract. Provide communication between consultant, contractor, public and council members so work can be done effectively while minimizing disruption to the public. Glynnwood Environmental Assessment: Serve as project manager to retain consultant to conduct an environmental assessment on Glynnwood Pond within the city to assess potential negative environmental impacts, including the assessment of potential options and retaining effective communication channels between stakeholders, public and council members.  Residential Service Connections: Operate as project engineer to communicate with potential application on the necessary steps required to apply for a residential connection. Conduct necessary research of the surrounding area of the required property and specify necessary engineering specifications for tender documents. Communicate award results to applicants and requests for further action. Communicate with contractors and ensure that work is done to specifications in accordance with city standards. Town Centre Blvd Illumination Project: Function as project manager to retain engineers to replace existing street lighting on Town Centre Blvd with new high pressure sodium lighting and an option of switching to LED. Once the project is tendered, ensure that project is within budget and schedule.

Construction value: $1.3 billion.  Toronto Transit Commission, Spadina Subway Extension Environmental Assessment: Served as project coordinator and engineering assistant responsible for analysis for routes and alignment criteria and conditions for the environmental assessment. Identified relevant specifications necessary for design and implemented into current design. Provided cost estimates and engineering analysis to assist in the decision-making process. Attended Public Consultation Centre sessions to provide information on design and analysis. Applied initial cost estimates for various methods and procedures. Assisted in production and writing of the Environmental Assessment and the preliminary design of track works for the proposed alignment. Construction value: $1.4 billion.
