I manage the day to day operations, sales and cost management of 3 hotels- The StarCity Hotel (3 Star) and the Fuller Hotel Alor Star and in Kulim ( 2 Star). Was key in the pre opening of all the three hotels by establishing SOP's , Talent Retention Programs, design, licensing and purchasing working with respective heads of departments. Current port folio also encompasses identifying and presenting market feasibility studies for the brand expansion of both the Fuller and the StarCity. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors.

My last position there was as Head of Sales and Marketing for 6 years. In-charge of product development and sales for Hotel, Golf tournament and membership, Adventure Camp, Camp Site and Bungalow stays. Responsible for a sales force of 3 Sales Executive and 2 Sales coordinator.

Was responsible for the day to day running of the Rooms Division which involves, Front Office, Housekeeping, Landscape, Laundry, Recreation and Security. Later moved to manage rooms operations at Swiss Garden Damai Laut.

Assist the Front Office Manager in the day to day running of the department which consist of 60 staffs.

First Malaysian and Foreigner to be taken in for the post. Responsible for VIP check ins and high yield clients.
