The kildare Local Employment Service Network (KLESN), also known as 'Obair', is a network of services set up by the government, designed to meet the needs of people who are long-term unemployed. I deal with the unemployed looking at career options, education options, setting up Post Redundancy Programmes (for recently unemployed). I run workshops in CV preparation and interview skills.
