Assist internal customers, such as technicians, sales staff, and management, with identifying the correct part, or parts, needed to repair the vehicle or accessorize it. Also assisting internal customers with other functions of the parts department such as shipping via Fed Ex and accurate arrival times of the part or parts. Other responsibilities include answering calls from external customers, including wholesale customers and retail customers, providing part numbers, prices, and accurate delivery times. Also checking stock orders received against a purchase order and receiving the order into stock, invoicing repair orders or external customers when necessary.
