I am a graphic designer for the Print Center at Methodist Healthcare System. I handle the design needs of 9 hospitals and many departments under the Methodist Healthcare System, in the San Antonio area. I work closely with the marketing department in methodist. Making sure their campaign and print materials are designed and created in a timely and efficient matter. Along with marketing campaigns, I make sure the design of business cards, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, postcards, signs, and other print related material in Methodist are kept to their graphic standards and quality. Not only do I design but I also fix print problem files that come from outside sources. Along with these duties I am also the first contact for the Print Center. Providing quality customer service over the phone or in person for the employees of the Methodist Healthcare System. Helping them with all their print and design needs. It has been a great experience working here and I will continue to provide my best in both design and customer service.

I have been working as a freelance graphic designer for Adverticing Adcetera in Victoria Texas since summer of 2012. This opportunity has lead me to work for some outstanding clients, such as the City of Cuero, Andon Industries and Habitat for Humanity in Victoria. This position has given me the chance to create logos, brochures, pamphlets, seasonal, promotional and fundraising mailers, posters, billboards, banners, tshirts, advertisments in both digital and print format. It has pushed me creativly while keeping to each client's graphic standards and message.

Worked as a contract xerox graphic designer. Provideing my skills and expertise to help their client Methodist Healthcare System with their printing materials. This service has led me to be recognized by Xerox. They awarded me the USCO 2013 Delivery Recognition Award in 2013. Both for the quarter and the year.

I worked on designing Invitations, Announcements, Greeting Cards, and Stationary for several weeks. I was then moved to focus on Quality Control, to make sure all designs were meeting developmental standards and were suitable for print. I worked in a fast paced environment with strict deadlines, and through hard work, skill and perseverance I was able to meet them headlong. This job has greatly increased my confidence and skills as a designer.

I work and help manage the textbook department at colloquium bookstore. I also supervise and make sure those under me get the job done right and help out our customers with great efficiency.

Worked on Clients such as Lowes, HEB, Shell, Quaker State, Dominos, Twix, and Burgerking.

Officially I did office work but I also did flyers, brochures, for professors and students in the deparment. I designed their First Year English Syllabus and in 2007 they let me design their annual literary magazine Persona.
