Managed a company of about 70 personnel. Overseeing all operations from Design, Project Management, Engineering to Production Management, to field Installation in the Asia region as well as maintaining sales relationship between sales offices.With P&L responsibility, both the cost and revenue elements of the company had to be managed. Numerous redundant processes were reinvented and fine-tuned that brought efficiencies and better quality. Strict budgeting plans and creative revenue strategies were implemented, which brought a promising growth that turned the negative operating profit into a positive one in 1.5 years.

Led a team of 11 engineers including design engineers, lighting engineers, and research engineers. Overseeing all design and engineering solutions by our team for 124 project items during 2014. Provided pre-sales support to all of the sales offices around the world as well as production facilities in Czech, Poland, and China. Communicating with our in-house as well as external designers to foresee problems and develop their ideas from concept to manufacturing to installation. A new R&D department was established to drive constant learning, improvement, and innovation. Both feedback from previous projects and new findings from research presents opportunities for innovative solutions. Discussions are held regularly to reflect and discuss new ideas.As part of the continuous improvement process, Six Sigma was implemented in the second half of 2014. I obtained my Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate and at the time coached 5 Green Belt projects, with a total saving of approximately 450,000 RMB.

Working with the in house designer to co-design and develop their beautiful chandelier designs. Stationing in Hong Kong I also attend technical meetings with clients and contractors to consult on design solutions and foresee problems. At the same time I also supervise on site installations in Asia pacific and provide feedback for both Czech and Hong Kong offices.

Leading different design projects as a designer. Meeting clients and understanding their needs as well as presenting the outcome proposal. Managing design project from the beginning of the design process to the end. The nature of these design projects varies from Re-branding, Product design, Graphic design, Exhibition/Space design, art pieces and occasionally touching on soft goods. Positive feedback were given from almost every client.These clients includes: - Blackberry- Cathy Pacific- Moet&Chandon- Hong Kong International Art Fair- Amnesty International - Kukri- Star Industry

Study the process of the company, and help with manufacturing optimisation.Studied a long term quality problem called the Acid Weep and tested a solution that help decrease the quality failure by 40%.
