Increase gaming position by 400 slot machines.Within the first year of employment at Muckleshoot, costs were reduced by $4.7 million by reducing service contracts and excessive staffing levels.

Responsible for the successful day-to-day operations of a twenty-four hour property with more than 160,000 square feet of space, including a staff of two hundred twenty-five employees. Management responsibilities include the development and management of the fiscal budget of the Security, Facility, Housekeeping, Transportation/Valet, Marine, and Utility Departments. Manage a staff of 225 through six direct reports and a budget of approximately $8.2 million, which was reduced from $10.1 million. Reduced departmental budget including salary, wages and operating expenses by more than $1.5 million the first year as Director of Support Operations.Reduced all gaming internal control violations, including underage gaming, coast guard, key control, and standard operating procedures.Reduced full time equivalents from a beginning count of 240 to the current count of 201 without reprising operational demands.
