Its an open garden restaurant with a Club side and restaurant ambiance whereby i used to manage and oversee a team of 10 to 15 staff in low season while in a high season it could be 30 staff. Some of my responsibilities would be supervise during service periods, market and promote the restaurant through organizing events and overall was in charge of the day to day operations of a restaurant to ensure we maximize revenue and cut costs where we can.

This is a Hotel with a bed size of 58 rooms and a main restaurant with Club within it which can fit around 2000 people maximum. My main responsibilities was to make sure the hotel runs smoothly to be able to deliver personalized customer service at times as well as ensuring staff members are well equipped in terms of service and all facilities are in good working conditions in an appealing manner.In charge of finance,marketing of the hotel in terms of events, stock and staff management and purchasing in order the hotel to deliver quality service and products and also ensure that the employees are well taken care of.
