• Managing the Branch’s budget to ensure adherence to limits including attaining set targets and credit limits.• Ensuring that staff is trained on quality standards as well as product knowledge.• Ensuring that a culture of customer care becomes a norm in the Branch by administering customer satisfaction feedback system.• Publishing and disseminating product information including product promotions through leaflets and tasting sessions.• Ensuring that staff work under a healthy and safe environment by adhering to health standards.• Ensuring reliability of supply of products through stock checklists and customer feedback.• Managing stocks to avoid losses through product surveillance reports.• Capacity building among staff members to ensure confidence in their daily operations.• Customer visits to gather information on product performance and build customer loyalty.
