1. 带领由机械(研发)、电子(研发)、项目、制造工程、工业工程、自动化(研发)、模具工程师组成的团队，为产品设计、新产品导入和生产提供指导和支持。2. 组织和提供下属和其他部门的培训和技术支持。3.准备项目里程碑并监控进度。4. 对新项目进行可行性研究和ROI分析。5. 准备和协调资源，规划和未来发展相关的项目。6. 与客户沟通，协调内部部门推动生产和项目计划。7.研发与工程技术团队管理，推进设计创新，模块化、标准化设计，缩短方案评估到交付的周期；8.管控新设备方案评估、开发、技术创新、组装、调试、交付；对最终的技术和质量、成本、交期负责；9.管理设计团队，持续提升团队工作绩效；10.负责与相关部门或客户之间的沟通与协调，合作共赢。11.组织技术文件整理及文件管控；确保技术保密要求的执行落实；12.对潜在或具体的项目、客户进行跟踪，管理及技术交流；13.满足公司、相关部门及客户的需求。

1.管理工程部(包括充气泵,补胎胶水,电池等产品设计,工艺,自动化,模具,工装,设备开发);选择最好的理念和成熟的技术用于产品和工艺改进。参与制订公司的发展战略,研究行业发展方向,确定公司技术发展路线,规划公司产品线并组织研发。2.推行IPD(集成产品开发)及敏捷开发管理,模块化和标准化设计; 缩短开发周期，降低产品成本及开发费用，提高品质。推行DFM及FMEA分析;建立部门标准操作程序,产品变更管理, 新产品导入,项目进度,质量,成本,交期管控。3.工厂布局规划,工艺自动化规划,过程自动化方案评估,推进自动化车间创建,实现自动化或智能化生产。 4.推动优化设计,工艺,工装,设备；推进精益革新,提升品质,降本增效。 5.自动化设备评估,导入,包括标准设备导入并改进;非标设备评估,研发,设计,安装,调试,交付；直至量产及后期维护保养及安全管理。6.新项目跟进,进度及成本控制，DFM及FMEA分析并反馈设计改善。7.工艺过程基础系统的建立(包括MSA, APQP,FMEA, SPC,PPAP,流程图,CP,WI,SOP,工时,标准化,工装夹具)，新工艺,新设备（自动化,智能化）引进及先进技术导入。8.优化工厂布局，优化生产流程及物料流程，组织改善活,推行精益生产革新,分段流程改为一体化生产,传统流水线改为U型的单元生产线,节省空间,减少搬运,提升质量和生产效率。9.协调品管,PMC,采购,生产等相关部门,保证按时出货。10.培训推广IPD,敏捷开发,精益工具,JIT&IE等工具,促进基层管理员及职能的精益能力提升，形成系统化的精益能力。11.技术团队的管理,指导,评级考核,技术人才的培养和梯队建设。

Set up IE basic system (SOP, process time, standardization and fixture design & prepare), new production technology, equipment and technology import.4 Factory layouts: the traditional PCBA test line, assembly line, Unit test line and packing line change to U Cell production. Combined assembly and packaging workshop, save space and improve production efficiency, reduce waste.5 Implementation of lean manufacturing innovation, organizational improvement activities.6 Update DFM, production process control procedures and equipment & fixture control procedures.7 Solve the abnormal of production, Low cost material to find and replace, improve the equipment maintenance system, and reduce the equipment failure rate.8 Coordinate QA, PMC, purchasing, production and other related departments to ensure timely delivery.9 The equipment maintenance, factory affairs mending and ESD maintenance.10 Train the staff, production line managers and operators that IPC-A-610, soldering basic knowledge, ESD, 7S and RoHS etc.11.Implement KPI(Key Performance Indicators) or management by objective.

1. Follow-up arrangement of new product design, proofing, trial production and mass production, engineering change management and follow-up, DFM feedback and improvement; Make, issue and update department standard operation procedure, production flow and work instruction; Review and update working hours .2. Follow up and improved the production of mass production products; Use the four principles of IE ECRS (Eliminate, Combine, Rearrange, Simplify) and PDCA cycle to continuously improve the production line, production line balance and abnormal production problems, improve UPPH; IE and JIT production mode training and implementation, factory layout, production problem solving. Use Lean /IE methods to improve the seven common waste (overproduction, waiting, handling, process, inventory, motions, rejects, etc.). 3. Train lean concepts and tools (Value Stream Mapping, Standardized Operation Procedure, 5S and visual management, Total Productive Maintenance, Theory Of Constraints, pull production planning, Single Minute Exchange of Die, Just-In-Time production, Total Innovation Management) to promote production innovation and develop systematic lean management ability. 4. Maintenance and management of tooling & equipment: implement equipment storage and daily maintenance (5S) by equipment users, promote preventive regular maintenance of equipment and safety inventory management of key components to reduce equipment failure rate and downtime; Improve the Overall Equipment Effectiveness. Introducing new tooling and equipment to replace labor to reduce costs, improve efficiency and quality to achieve the purpose of cost reduction and efficiency increase.5. Decomposition and formulation the work objectives of the department and engineers according to the company's annual goals, followed up, implemented and pushed to achieve the KPI. Communicate and coordinate with design, production, quality, purchasing, PMC and other related departments to ensure on time delivery.
