Managed construction of assigned sites which included bidding, RF installation through backhaul ready and hand off to Ericsson back haul team, Bechtel Project Controls and Material Procurement Manager. Coordination with local utility companies for power upgrades from 200A to 400A service. Submit application and field meet to go over proposed designs. Other responsibilities held in the office included working with the Engineering Dept with RFDS design and completeness, manage the install of 3&4C, UMTS/LTE War Room and Site Turn Over.

Successfully completed 83 sites on time to support the Clearwire 4G market launch commitment dates.Coordinated with Clearwire Project Manager and site acquisition in bringing assigned sites to RTI.Managed construction of assigned sites which included bid walks, permitting, civil, RF installation, utility coordination, Fire, Planning and Building inspections through backhaul ready and hand off to Ops.
