• Supporting the Business Development team with researching and competing for Federal contracts under the following contract vehicles: eBuy, GovWin, and Sam.gov.• Assisting in documentation, readiness, and review for company projects and certifications such as the ISO 9001 & 20000 standards as well as contract proposals.• Answering the phone and providing customer service.• Receiving and distributing mail to the correct location.• Human Resources responsibilities such as: labor distribution, business expenses, on-boarding and reviewing leave requests.• Updating the company calendar on Office 365.• Planning company events.
