Serve as key contact for all maintenance and property needs of several sites for building management company headquartered in Clayton, Missouri. Responsible for all areas of general maintenance and tenant requests, including (but not limited to): plumbing repair, replacing ballasts and light bulbs, ceiling tile repair, garage upkeep and maintenance, and coordinating and serving as key contact for all outside vendors and suppliers.
