I served as senior subject matter expert on the region and directly supervised a team of seven analysts and over 60 internationally based researchers in over 20 countries. The program produced multidisciplinary analytical reports covering Eastern Europe, the Balkans, and the Caucasus for both public and private clients. I led the design and development of qualitative and quantitative reporting templates and methodologies in collaboration with team members to meet client information needs. Reporting offered a broad range of topics including: general atmospherics; governance issues; physical security and city assessments; political and social trends, Russian influence and media/social media analysis. Reporting relied on secondary and primary data collected by researchers and utilized proprietary analytical software and Microsoft Office products. I directly worked and corresponded with public and private sector customers. Planned and lead customer engagements at domestic and international sites and produced client-facing programmatic reporting. I also supported company’s business development activities including client engagements, pilot projects, and proposal writing.

I directly supervised a team ranging from two to four analysts and a managed regional network of over 30 internationally based researchers in 12 countries throughout eastern Europe and the Caucasus. Led team in the production and review of over 250 reports. I also built over 60 analytical reports on a wide range of subjects including physical security assessments, target audience analysis, governance, and network analysis in nine countries in eastern Europe to address customer information gaps and requirements. Reporting was based on in-depth Russian-language open-source research and analysis of primary data collected by internationally based researchers.
