I have over 30 years experience in Banking in both Ireland and England. For the past 20 years I have specialised in Private Client Wealth Management and Planning as well as managing teams across Ireland. My clients see me as an expert financial manager with a proven record of delivering complex, long term financial plans. My current role within AIB Private Banking centres on relationship management of High Net Worth individuals with many and varied needs from different backgrounds and in some cases, living outside Ireland. I bring expertise, vast experience and clarity to my clients’ financial affairs as together we develop a wealth plan for them and their families. Previous roles within AIB included developing and directing wealth management teams across the country. I was also responsible for the maintenance and growth of the Bank’s deposit book in Dublin North post 2008. I have a proven track record in managing and developing people. Prior to moving into Banking, I spent 10 years working with local communities across 4 different countries. During this time I designed and co-ordinated several development projects which provided me with a wealth of life experiences and skills which I bring to every client engagement. Every financial plan begins with the individual. My unique blend of education, career choices and experiences means I look after individuals and their needs . I hold 2 honours degrees : the first in Philosophy and the second in Divinity. As well as my post grad 1st in Theology, I also have an MSc in Financial Services . I was the winner of the President’s prize for academic excellence (UCD) for my Masters studies in Finance. I also hold post-graduate qualifications in General Management, Change and Development as well as Accounting and Finance. I am a ‘CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER - an independent, professional, prestigious group who advise, implement and manage clients financial plans . I have also lectured in Management and Communications. I am a keen sports fan with Rugby, National Hunt Racing, Cricket, Golf, GAA and soccer among my passions. I sing in a Male Voice choir and have been singing in choirs most of my life. I also serve on the Finance committee of the Irish branch of a large international charity.
