Started as a backend developer of an analytical platform.Participated in Machine Learning R&D process, performing research on wisdom of the crowd and superforcasting phenomenons. I. Successfully finished the project of implementation of the platform for the conduct of clinical trials ClinCapture. Established business processes of the department of clinical research and medical department from scratch. II. Periodic processing of the data coming from the laboratories using proprietary software for the design of oligonucleotides, assembly of nucleotide contigs as well as further analysis of the amino acid sequences with the construction of the reporting tables. Optimization and refinement of the program code, using Scala. III. Design and support a database for the world's largest library of human antibodies Meganlib using MongoDB and Python languageIV. Participation in the project team in the development, design and testing Restful microservice "Primer" for design of oligonucleotides.
