He is a:- Barrister (non-practising & unregistered);- Chartered Quantity Surveyor;- Chartered Civil Engineering Surveyor;- Chartered Builder; and- Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Eugene has qualifications from 4 universities, including 3 degrees: - a Quantity Surveying degree:- a Law degree; and- a Masters in Construction Law (awarded with Distinction). He provides advice on a wide range of contentious / non-contentious matters, including standard forms of contract, claims, adjudication, collateral warranties, expert reports, design liability and quantity surveying techniques.Eugene has been involved in numerous sectors of the industry and has extensive experience with major UK contractors on a variety of large projects, including the Olympics, motorways, rail, utilities, wind power, commercial offices, industrial facilities, schools, colleges, hospitals, leisure centres, prestige residential developments and social housing developments.
