I have worked in the acquiring space in Wirecard and ANZ for last 10 years in which I’ve worked in the ANZ merchant contact centre with the Commercial servicing area for 3 years, Payment Support within Product Services for 4 years and Merchant Support Engineer/Data analyst/Business Analyst in Wirecard.My role is to support the Card Present space (EFTPOS terminals & mPos solution) and as well as Card Not Present products (online Payment gateways). The support we provide ranges from complex technical issues to enforcing business processes across various departments. This support also extends to SME input for project teams on technical & business process queries. Other tasks i do within the team is to manage all planned/unplanned incidents for the business, sending out communication to relevant parties internally or externally, developing various reports for stakeholders. On monthly basis i also present to our business stakeholders & external vendor on trends and analysis around terminal swaps, repairs & associated costs.
