•Perform IT design, Implementation and consultancy services to our customers.•Solving a corporate customer’s technical business needs by providing presales support (presentations, POC, proposal writing and product briefings).•Assist sales team in closing corporate business on technical level. Able to win the confidence level from the customers’ technical team in order to convince the technical fulfillment.•Able to troubleshoot customers’ problems, escalate the problem to the vendor at the soonest possible and update the customer regularly with the results.•Support the range of Security solutions distributed by Transition Systems.

•Installation, maintenance, and configuration of LAN/WAN equipments and infrastructures company-wide. Upgrades network requirement of the bank.•Monitors and troubleshoots network infrastructure of the bank using reliable network management system tools and other utilities.•Coordinate with field engineers and with branch personnel regarding problems with their system terminals and equipment such as modems, routers, DSUs, standalone PCs and ATMs.•Coordinate with carrier providers regarding detected or suspected defective leased lines.•Test and coordinate communication links with field engineers.•Follow-up pending line outage of carrier providers for fast restoration of normal lines.•Troubleshoot and isolate problem regarding “off-lines” and determine the real source and take necessary action to resolve the said problem as quickly as possible.•Adjust data communication equipment parameters for better system performance.•Test and reconfigure pulled-out suspected defective equipment.•Initiate dial-up as a back-up in case lease line failure occurs.•Reconfigure equipment configuration in preparation for initiating dial-up.•Inventory and proper documentation of all network equipment and facilities.•Install data communication equipment for new location within H.O. area.•Coordinate with field engineers the installations of communication lines for new branches and off-site ATMs.•Coordinate network system conversions and upgrades.•Monitors and establishes good communication link for Mobile ATM and other onsite and off-site ATMs.•Prepare gate passes and other pertinent documents for out-going and incoming materials and equipment.•Maintain good working relation with co-employees, clients and carrier providers for better resolution of problems. •Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
