● Perform Testing and Commissioning of High, Medium and Low Voltage Electrical Equipment such as Power Transformer, Power Circuit Breaker, Instrument Transformer, etc.● Prepares Testing and Commissioning Reports including Evaluation and Recommendations.● Perform Electrical Diagnostic Test for High, Medium and Low Voltage Electrical Equipment such as Power Transformer, Power Circuit Breaker, Instrument Transformer, etc.

● Conducts facility site surveys for the existing field condition of Meralco overhead distribution facilities.● Performs project analysis which includes sizing of transformer, feeder lines, standard pole height and clearances of medium voltage primary lines, etc.● Prepare the design plan of Electric Capital Project (ECP) refers to planned project/s included in the short and medium range planning. These projects involve system improvement and expansion works.● Prepare the design plan of Maintenance Project refers to a type of project used to prevent outage, correct facility deficiencies, address safety concerns, accommodate government requests, and comply with regulatory requirements.● Ensure that the execution of all works by each member of the team shall conform to industry best practices and applicable standards and specifications.● Prepares the bill of materials through Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) once the design plan has been done.● Submit all reports relating to the performance and completion of the works such as but not limited to job progress reports, work schedules, workload status and all other reports as may be required by Meralco.● Immediately notify Meralco of the completion of work. Submit the following upon completion of a work.o Material Summary Report;o Design Plans or Drawings;o Before photographs; and o Other reports that MERALCO may require thereafter.

● Conducts facility site surveys for the existing field condition of Meralco overhead distribution facilities affected by Public-Private Partnership Project (PPP).● Performs project analysis which includes sizing of transformer, feeder lines, standard pole height and clearances of medium voltage primary lines, etc.● Ensure that the execution of all works by each member of the team shall conform to industry best practices and applicable standards and specifications.● Monitors the design projects and ensures that they will be approved by Meralco Design Team Leader earlier or not later than the standard processing time.

● Conducts facility site surveys for the existing field condition of Meralco overhead distribution facilities affected by Public-Private Partnership Project (PPP).● Established the design plan of overhead distribution line of Meralco projects which may include extension, relocation or retirement of overhead distribution facilities or load splitting projects.● Coordinates with technical support engineers at Meralco branches regarding project clarifications and processing of target dates of projects.● Performs project analysis which includes sizing of transformer and service drop wires based on the load requirements prepared by the technical support engineer before preparing the design project layout.● Prepares the design plan which include the circuitry, pole attachments, general notes, vicinity map and symbols.● Prepares the bill of materials through Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) once the design plan has been done.● Monitors the design projects and ensures that they will be approved by Meralco Design Team Leader earlier or not later than the standard processing time.
