About Eugene Mak
I recently graduated from UMass Amherst with a Master's degree in Computer Science, where I also earned a Bachelor's of Science with a double major in Computer Science and Mathematics. I love to learn about all things computing and I have a particular passion for machine learning, computer vision, and robotics. For two summers I had the privilege of working at Mide as a Software Engineer Intern -- I grew significantly as a developer and used Python to develop exciting applications. I also served as co-director for HackUMass and worked as a Teaching Assistant for two years for Operating Systems and Object Oriented Programming. I love leading, collaborating as a team, and helping others. Most of all, I love getting to know people, so feel free to connect with me!
