Whatever the technology, I will work it out and present it in documents so that anyone can understand it.I have 27 years experience as a Technical Writer, 1.5 years contacted to Telstra and 22 years employed in IBM Australia. I am looking for a full time job or contract work. I am best at complex technical situations where the documentation is challenging. I am known for clear and easy to follow step by step procedures for maintenance staff and/or end users. My advantage is that I have done some programming and technical jobs in my career, so I can often write documentation on my own with my existing knowledge.
