Having joined the company as a Sales Manager and leading the acquisition of new business, client development and expansion of Scorpion Security both regionally and nationally, promotion to Sales Director Non Exec followed in 2005, later progressing to Sales Director and now Operations Director overseeing the business alongside the Managing Director.

During my time with People Search - a boutique head hunting company - I was challenged with board level identification, research and ultimately recruitment. Developing out of the box thinking, creative cold calling and building relationships across geographies all helped in my overachievement and success in what was a brilliant environment, lending itself to self management and the running of ones own "desk". Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and worked with some brilliant people.

Portfolio sales across the prev. Yellow Pages portfolio with a focus on New Business Sales, Self Generation, and Account Retention. Enjoyed most of my time at Yell - overachievement led to fantastic earnings, national awards and plenty of recognition. Essentially out grew the role but enjoyed working with a diverse group of people and skill sets.
