Accounting Practices is specialised in two areas: Mergers and Acquisitions of Chartered Accounting Practices, and Executive Search/Recruitment in the public practice space.Responsibilities:• Co-ordination of the end-to-end recruitment process including: job vacancy advertisement drafting, interviewing candidates, client/candidate liaison, reference checks, post-recruitment follow up and other related tasks• Conduct candidate research/sourcing through various methods (database, social network, job board etc.) to identify potential candidates• Produce and format relevant documentation including resume, cover letters, forms & agreements etc.• Maintain client database and track all recruitment & brokerage progress• Provide general support to client meetings, visitors & schedule management
