- Started working for Goshen Rubber Company until Wynn's Precision acquired it. Goshen Rubber and Wynn's Precision were then acquired by Parker Hannifin 6 month later.- Initiated and lead continuous improvement projects to reduce costs of raw materials. (polymers, carbons black, curatives etc.) by evaluating and implementing lower cost replacements.- Developed compounds to meet customer requirements.
