I am currently studying Software Development at Limerick College Of Further Education.I enjoy the creative and problem solving balance that coding entails.I love to traveling to different countries and experiencing their rich cultures and religions.I have started studying software development and the reason I think my time management skills correlate well with this course is because as well as a student I also have a part time job and attend my hobby’s regularly so I have to keep track of time whilst I do each activity to ensure I don’t get carried away with one. I think this skill correlates well with my course because I will have to have very good time management to get everything done in time, prioritizing what I need to do efficiently.My investigative skills are also a good match for this course as I find myself playing games like chess and checkers and sudoku which link well with the problem solving aspects of this course. As a student I use active listening quite regularly. I use this skill in college and in my place of work to ensure I understand the assignments and tasks given to me and to complete them in full. I believe that this will benefit me in my career as I will have to complete the assignment with the specifications given to me by lecturers. After I complete the course at L.C.F.E I plan to attend the computer science degree at U.L.
