• To manage the overall program/project strategy and alignment to ensure adherence to the original scope and milestone approved by Customer• To drive all the Cross-Functional teams to meet schedule and all deliverables, and communicate any gaps or risks arising to Customer• To be the main point of contact in the Organization to liaise and communicate with Customers on all existing and new program/project development progress status• To ensure all program/projects undertaken by the Business Unit (BU) are mutually beneficial and align with the overall Organizational objectives• To execute all existing and new projects to be within schedule, within budget and meeting all User Requirement Specification (URS) • To develop project schedule and timeline based on baseline provided by Customer and to be within an achievable Supplier’s schedule• To lead and develop the Project Team to enable them to manage, track, and support all their individual project/product deliverables to be within the overall BU budget and timeline• To drive internally to closure on all arising issues from Purchasing to Engineering to Manufacturing and to Logistics side to ensure project meet Customer specification, expectation, and timeline• To coordinate project reviews and ensure proper implementation of the project plan between the Project Management Team and other project participants by providing leadership, guidance, and feedback as and when required

• Manage Projects and New Product Launch Programs globally for all 2.5” Mobile Hard Disk Drive platform and 3.5” Desktop/Enterprise platform from Cleanroom Assembly till Backend Packaging and being a key component member in developing new manufacturing tool processes for mass production start-ups, leading change to achieve production quality, efficiency and utilization• Ensure all core Project Management baselines (Scope, Cost & Schedule) are met during the Product Development phase, to support business need• Lead on the resolution of all the technical and project problems, management of process excursions/deviations and assessment of tool/ process changes related to product development and conversions • Manage all the critical path from Tool/Process standpoint to avoid any gating on the overall new Product launch strategy and timeline• Liaise between the Development Tool/Process teams and other Supporting teams during the new line set-up, and Development build phases, ensuring all new tool/process changes are introduced and validated accordingly and also be the focal person in direct customer communications both internally and externally

• Lead a team of global engineers and technicians, with a staff total of 15+, to provide HDA Clean Room Process Engineering support for all new Development Programs meeting defined KPI’s for Yield/Cycle-time by controlling the process with tools such as Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE) as required• Support set-up and qualification build for HDA Clean Room line as per NPI/Customer Qualification Plan and to lead till closure on all design for manufacturing (DFM) issues on all new product tool/process changes• Work with Tooling Development Engineering and Product Engineering teams on the Hard Disk Drive failure mode effect analysis (FMEA) and recommend corrective action for tool/yield improvements• Responsible to coordinate, monitor and evaluate the performance of all Development lines prior to Volume build release both in Malaysia and Thailand sites

• To be responsible for the overall logistics, co-ordination, planning technically and administratively on the river barge Project for transportation of raw materials and scrap materials for the Plant from ships anchored at deep-sea via the river mouth to the Plant’s jetty by using floating cranes, tugboats and barges• Prepare material, cost and timing estimates, reports and design specifications for barges, tugboats, floating cranes, jetty cranes, and dredging activity• To coordinate the dredging activity of Sungai Langat for the barging operation to start and liaising with various Government departments for their approval in starting the River Project Operation

• To lead a team of Engineers and Technicians (10+) to support the set-up & qualification build for Headstack & Hard Drive Assembly/Test Process for Mobile, Desktop and Enterprise Hard Disk Drive repair business• To be involved in New Product Introduction (NPI) and Process relayout for simplification and optimization• To prepare evaluation reports and daily PCN tracking records & review process MPI's to meet the daily Production requirements• To review schedule, carcass supply and parts-reuse procedure, surplus & excess components and make purchase recommendations

• Manage a team of Technicians (5+) to support Test Process/Packaging for repair business. • Solve production and process-related engineering problems to ensure efficient and productive manufacturing process at the Test Area• Participate in NPI(New Product Introduction), process relayout for simplification/optimization• Prepare evaluation reports and daily yield tracking records• Carry out Failure Analysis on drive testing failures and recommend corrective action

• Responsible for the overall coordination, planning technically and administratively on a given shipbuilding/ship-repairing project• Analyze and produce initial Planning Schedule base on manpower, facilities, and materials requirement• Oversee the performance of the given project and solving any critical problems arising from the various departments and as well as from the customers• Ensure all jobs carried out by appointed sub-contractors are as per yard’s requirement and as per Planned Schedule satisfying customers requirement• Ensure all safety rules and regulations are adhered throughout the Project

• Operation and maintenance of the ship’s main propulsion internal combustion diesel engine.• Operation and maintenance of all auxiliary machinery onboard a sea-going bulk-carrier ship such as the diesel engine driven generators, motor driven pumps, air compressors, boilers, purifiers, heat exchangers, condensers, air coolers, fresh water generator (evaporator), air conditioning system and refrigeration system.
