Being able to work effectively in diverse cultures, being a team leader with successful results , and realizing the bigger picture in the scheme of things while understanding how valuable each and every ones role is now matter how small has helped me into continuing to be a successful individual in today's technological workforce! Being a professional athlete taught me that giving my all and leaving it all on the field will yield better results in most situations. Taking pride in what you do and knowing you not only represent yourself but you are a part of an organization when your out in your field and off. As a team leader I strive on making others better by working on weaknesses and building upon on strengths in every person this can be achieved thru building a better relationship. The biggest room in any house is the room for improvement. So understand that there will be mistakes and failures so learn from them so that you don't repeat the process.
