Desktop and mobile applications, server applications for multiple platforms.• Proficient in requirements management and development. Equally comfortable defining business requirements and presenting to senior management and working on architecture and design with development teams to ensure complete solution delivery. • Experience in both Waterfall as well as SCRUM/Kanban methodologies. Extensive experience in international project teams across several countries and continents. Ability to mentor and train others. Good intercultural understanding.• Ability for understanding users’ needs, easily grasps complex concepts, processes, and software applications. • Diagramming (UML/BPMN/ERD/etc.) including business processes and workflows, use case and activity diagrams, information/data models (conceptual, logical and physical data models). • GUI prototyping, implementation review and product acceptance testing.
