MAIN DUTIES: To provide assistance to operations with focus on fulfillment of customer requirements.Preparing and entering quotes and customer sales orders. Maintain communication with all Cameron international/local suppliers and Cameron plants all around the world.

Main Responsibilities: Management of all logistics operations for Sakhalin Project: international and local transportations. Customs clearance: import / export arrangements.Functional: 1. Tracking purchase orders delays.2. Expediting of all shipments (local/international) related to Sakhalin Project.3. Management of Global Freight Forwarder’s activities.4. Direct work with Broker on customs clearance process.5. Provide all the operations using the SAP Materials Management System.6. Process accounts (subsequent transfer to local accounting department and abroad to KCAD SAP cockpit) and requisitions, correcting and updating system information as required.

Main Responsibilities: Elaboration and control of all SMV procurement forms, procedures and processes for “Boatasino North Gas Transfer Terminal” Construction Project. Searching and involvement of the Suppliers. Optimization of the existing and development of new logistic processes (receiving, storage and expediting). Direct work with the Client and Suppliers.Functional: 1. Development, implementation and control of all project procurement processes.2. Development of job descriptions for the personnel of the Department.3. Preparation of the logistical budget, approval of the budget by the management. Optimization of logistical expenses.4. Research and obtain materials and equipment suppliers. Provides input to the Contracts Manager for the establishment of new vendor and supplier contracts.5. Obtains price formation for materials and equipment and submits it the Cost Control Department for approval with Client through the Materials Management and ATE processes.6. Responsible for the management of all the cargo movements from vendors, suppliers and the Client to the site facility and work with the Equipment Manager for the demobilization of the site.7. Maintains and coordinates the inbound materials and equipment from vendors, suppliers and Client. Schedule and coordinates the transportation of the equipment and materials to the site facility.8. Maintaining correspondence with the vendors and suppliers as to the materials availability and shipping.9. Ensures efficient functional storage is provided for materials, optimization of expenses on the materials storage, measurements on the improvement of storage activities.10. Maintains stock inventory scheduling and control through the field materials personnel.11. Ensuring proper transportation, timely deliveries, cargo integrity while in transportation.

Main Responsibilities: Organization and control of procurement for “Boatasino North Gas Transfer Terminal” Construction Project. To be responsible for Project cargo transportation. Direct work with the Client. Providing status reports about the cargoes transportation and submitting them to the Client and management. Control over storing and transportation operations.Functional: 1. Cooperation with the Client, obtaining of the material needs and supplies estimates.2. To provide constant supply of production materials according to the schedules of construction site.3. To receive and correct material and equipment Purchase Requisition, timely provide statuses of requests.4. Material purchasing organization.5. To receive detailed information about cargo and the date it is ready to be shipped, detailed instructions from the Client regarding the delivery of the cargo. 6. To submit and receive necessary documents to/from the Client. 7. Timely inform the Client about the transportation of the cargo and any appeared changes/problems. 8. To provide timely notification about the delivery of the cargo with further notification of the Client. 9. To cooperate with shipper / consignee regarding correct filling of the documents.10. Reporting activities (Delivery Reports, M-15 etc.). Timely provide required report. 11. Cooperation with customs (via commercial agents): to provide assistance to commercial agents for custom clearance – preparation and inspection of all necessary documentation and technical information.12. To choose the transport in accordance with the request. Coordination of loading/offloading and delivery activities. To instruct the driver.13. Tracking of cargo during its transportation, to provide immediate response in case of force majeure circumstances. Timely inform Manager about any outstanding issues.

Main Responsibilities: Organization and control of delivery of Odoptu FSP project on-island cargoes. To be responsible for all cargo transportation on the north of Island for Odoptu FSP project. Work directly with subcontractor and Client.Functional: Big Lift Project. Modules transportation organization issues.Odoptu site Demob issues: preparing equipment for transportation. Arranging loading and transportation out from the site. Control of subcontractors activities on site. Receiving, checking timesheets and other documentation. Elaboration of transportation plans of non-typical cargoes on island. Providing delivery information to Client.

Main Responsibilities: Organization and control of transportation of export/import and transit cargoes by air transport, railway and vehicles, providing performance of requirements of the Client. To be responsible for quality of operative work in department. Work with subcontractors. Informing of the Client and management on movement of cargoes by Delivery reports & Pre-advices. Warehouse keeping.Functional: Receiving and updating of the Client’s order. Receiving of the detailed information on a cargo and dates of its readiness for sending. Receiving of detailed instructions from the Client concerning to delivery of a cargo. To transfer and receive necessary documents from the client. In due time to inform the Client on movement of a cargo and any changes/problems. To provide duly release of a cargo from a carrier to the Client. To provide duly reception of the notice on arrival of a cargo with the subsequent informing the client. Accounting (Delivery Report, Time Sheet etc.)In due time to give the demanded accounting. To advise the client concerning a choice of an optimum route/carrier. In due time to inform the direct head on any unresolved questions. To follow all processes and procedures on Management IMS.Disciplinary (Corporate): To reach KPI. To support and carry out requirements on a safety arrangements and environments. To replace absent colleagues in case of need. If necessary to go in official journeys. To observe a policy and procedures of the company, including such as: the Policy of the company concerning sexual harassment both offensive behavior and acceptance of measures under complaints; the Policy of company Panalpina concerning abusing alcohol; Norms of conducting business operations and the Law "About struggle against corruption in foreign trade activities"
